Elizabeth Kaptchinskie

Elizabeth Kaptchinskie is currently completing her clinical internship at Brownstone Psychiatry while pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of St. Thomas. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sam Houston State University.

With a passion for helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves, Elizabeth practices from a person-centered approach. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengths, and values at their own pace. Her goal is to support people in discovering greater self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth. Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and trying new restaurants.
