Kayla Zwerneman is a student intern attending the University of St. Thomas for her masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Originally from Houston, Kayla is passionate about making genuine connections with others and utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as, a Person-Centered approach. Her main focus is on individuals with anxiety, depression, grief and trauma.
